What to gather first
- A completed and signed EX-15 application form
- Your in-date passport or national ID, together with a copy of it
- Evidence of why you are applying — work, study, a purchase and so on
- The Modelo 790-012 tax form, paid at a Spanish bank
- Two passport photos, for a non-EU TIE
- A certificate of empadronamiento, where it is asked for
